Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted on a case by case basis, with insured return shipping paid by the buyer. I want you to be happy with everything you purchase, but won't accept exchanges due to buyer error. If you have questions or concerns about an item you purchase please contact me as soon as possible.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
